Using GramFather

Terms of Service

1. Provider and eligibility

GramFather is provided by Vaughn Labs LLC, 240 Manor Ave, Beaumont, TX 77706. Contact jon@tier5.us for support. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business or account you manage. By using the services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. Accounts and permissions

Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials, and use accounts and information you are authorized to manage. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Resellers may create and manage customer accounts within the permissions and limits included in their purchase. A reseller entitlement does not grant ownership of another person's Instagram account or permission for unrelated use of their data.

3. Purchases and plan scope

The checkout offer and your order confirmation specify whether you purchased software access, a workshop, or another offer, and describe included features, usage limits, bonuses, price, and any renewal terms. A one-time lifetime license is a one-time purchase under that offer, not a recurring subscription created by installing the extension. Any separate subscription must disclose its billing and renewal terms before purchase.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable purchase offer and mandatory consumer rights. Contact support with your order information for assistance. These terms do not remove a guarantee expressly included with your purchase. Access to third-party products included as bonuses may also be governed by those providers' terms.

4. Workflows, communications, and AI

You choose available workflows and are responsible for their recipients, content, timing, permissions, and lawful use. Review messages and intended recipients before authorizing communications. AI suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate; verify them before use. Use the service for authorized relationship management, and respect recipients' choices and applicable communication requirements.

Spam, harassment, impersonation, deceptive messaging, unauthorized access or collection, and attempts to evade platform restrictions are prohibited. We may restrict workflows or account access to address misuse, security concerns, or third-party requirements.

5. Your content

You retain your rights to the content you provide. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display it as needed to provide the features you choose, including processing by the providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded media, contact information, and communications.

6. Instagram and service availability

GramFather is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Your use of Instagram remains subject to its terms and rules. Browser-based workflows require Chrome and an authenticated Instagram session to be available. Third-party changes can affect supported functionality, and we may update or pause a workflow when necessary.

Operational limits and pauses help manage execution; they do not establish permission from a platform or guarantee account standing, growth, reach, revenue, or other results. Workshop examples and educational material are not guarantees of earnings.

7. Software and updates

We provide access to the software for its intended use under your entitlement. Updates may be required for compatibility or security. Protect proprietary code and branding, and respect applicable intellectual-property rights. Your plan and any express reseller license determine the distribution rights you receive.

8. Ending use and data requests

You may pause workflows, sign out, and uninstall the extension. Contact support to request account closure or deletion of server-held data. Uninstalling does not automatically cancel a separate subscription or undo actions already completed on Instagram. Account restrictions or service changes do not override mandatory legal rights or express purchase commitments.

9. Responsibility and applicable rights

We work to provide reliable services, but availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing the outputs and actions you authorize. These terms apply only to the extent permitted by law and preserve mandatory consumer protections. No additional arbitration requirement, automatic renewal, or refund waiver is imposed by this page.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as services change, with notice where required. Changes do not retroactively rewrite the price or express entitlement of an existing purchase. For questions or concerns, contact jon@tier5.us or write to Vaughn Labs LLC at the address above.
